Town Center Pediatrics is starting a book swap! If you have gently used books that your child no longer wants, please bring them with you at your child's next visit. Your child can pick out a "new to them" book in exchange. Help us do our part to encourage literacy and a love of books and reading.

Due to the weather and potential for unsafe travel, we will be closed this afternoon. If you have an urgent matter and need to speak to the provider on call, leave a message to have them paged. You can also leave a non-urgent message for the office which will be retrieved when it re-opens tomorrow. If you think your child needs to be seen today, please take them to Pedi-Q Urgent Care.
If your child is sick when our office is closed, they can be seen at our sister clinic, Pedi-Q Urgent Care, also located in Northborough.
We will be closed this afternoon. Please call 508-229-8811 if your child has an urgent/emergent medical concern, there is a provider on call, or go to an Urgent Care near you. For non-urgent matters please call the office and leave a message and we will respond to you tomorrow. Sorry for any inconvenience that this may cause.
