Angela Hunt, MD, FAAP

Angela Hunt, MD brings a wealth of experience to her leadership role at Town Center Pediatrics in Northborough, MA. Over more than three decades of medical practice, Dr. Hunt has seen a great deal of change. What remains the same is her dedication to delivering highly personalized services to the children in her care.

Education has always been a central focus for Dr. Hunt. She completed her undergraduate studies at Harvard University in Cambridge, MA, before moving on to earn her medical degree from Virginia Commonwealth University School of Medicine (VCU) in Richmond. She completed her internship and residency at the former Boston City Hospital (now BUMCH) in 1990.

A life-long learner and Board-Certified pediatrician, Dr. Hunt continues to seek out opportunities to stay on the cutting edge of pediatric and adolescent medicine. She is a proud member and Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP).

Dr. Hunt understands that while physical health is important, children also nave developmental, behavioral, and emotional needs. Meeting these needs can help a child thrive and start them on the road to a healthy and happy adult life.

Lynn Borella, FNP-C

Lynn graduated from The University of Massachusetts Graduate School of Nursing in 2009 and is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She has spent the entirety of her career in pediatrics. Prior to joining Town Center Pediatrics in December 2016 she worked at an inner city practice in Worcester, MA.

As a nurse practitioner, she is trained to treat the whole patient, taking into account mental and social factors, and brings that background to her diagnosis, treatment, and management of medical issues. She looks forward to being your child's medical provider and watching him/her grow and develop into a healthy, well adjusted young adult.

Dianne Aguirre, PA-C

Dianne graduated from the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Science University and is a Board Certified Physician Assistant. The training of a PA is modeled after physician education and they work in collaboration with a licensed physician. Right after she completed her degree, she worked as an Emergency Medicine PA. Dianne joined Town Center Pediatrics in 2019.

When not at work, Dianne enjoys traveling, the outdoors, and spending time with her husband and two children. She is fluent in Spanish and Portuguese. She looks forward to playing a role in the physical and emotional health, development, and well-being of your child.

Rabab

Rabab Khan, MD, FAAP

Dr. Rabab Khan joined Town Center Pediatrics in January of 2024 after her long term partner at Bolton Street Pediatrics in Marlborough retired.

Dr. Khan received her medical degree from the J.L.N. Medical College, Aligarh Muslim University in India in 1982 and her pediatric residency in 1987. She worked as a pediatrician in India and in the UK until moving to the US. Settling in Massachusetts, Dr. Khan furthered her training at the UMass Medical Center in Worcester, completing another residency in pediatrics in 1996 (as was required to be licensed in the US). Since then Dr. Khan has been a primary care pediatrician in the MetroWest area.

Also a Board-Certified pediatrician, Dr. Khan enjoys caring for children of all ages. Though her own two children are grown and well established in their own careers, they remain a very close family.
